CT Elite Baseball is proud to now offer one-on-one Athlete Nutrition and Fitness counseling with Coach Brian Strong. Utilizing a coaching and communication technique, session topics will include (but are not limited to) the following areas:


  • Calculating caloric needs
  • Healthy portion sizes
  • How to read food labels
  • ​Calculating macronutrient ratios
  • Dispelling nutrition myths and fallacies
  • How to navigate grocery stores
  • The pros and cons of various diets
  • ​​The health benefits of various food groups
  • Evaluating eating plans and provide general guidance
  •  The importance of Sport Performance Fuel: Before, During, After, and Recovery
